The parameter faWtrVelocity, assumed to be speed through water in the along-AUV direction, is very similar to faBtmVelocity. Subtracting faBtmVelocity from faWtrVelocity gives the above plot, with residual velocities. The magnitude of the residual current is within expectations from the shelf slope (up to ~0.70 m/s).
